haha, should've mentioned your name :p

ill get a full shot up when the jewels are gone :)
its a basic tank really, i have a hydro sponge filter in there and its doing fine for now and always has been and i will consider upgrading in a while, but not now :)
the substrate is sand and i have two fake terracotta pots which are plastic on either side facing diagonally then i have a bunch of fake plants which i am swapping to real plants next week, there is a huge clump of java moss with a long PVC pipe through that and one rounded rock :)
hope i cxreated a good enough image for you

will get some shots soon
EDIT: forgot to add, theres a heater behind the sponge filter and the lighting is damn good, good enough to grow algae all over the place
and thanks Sasha :)

I have to agree and you have done the same the fish in your pics is a nijsseni. The photo below shows a panduro male.

Panduro do not show a spot at the caudal peduncle. Panduro have a black blotch witch extends into the caudal fin and ends at a point. Also the first 3 to 7 rays of the dorsal fin are extended

Also the second fish you have shown is not resticulosa but a fish know as steel blue. Which is thought to be a hybrid.

Sorry to put a downer on this but they are still both very nice fish.

Gorgeous whatever they are! I love the blue of the second one. Also, could the mix-up be that this fish is a juvie? Not sure when the patterns will show completely in the males.

Are they going to be in seperate tanks when you get the female? Just wondering if you were planning on breeding or not (and seperating the apistos so that they don't inter-breed).
