Api Freshwater Master Test Kit

Hi All,

I ordered an API Freshwater Master test kit from ebay for £10 and it has finally arrived! I've used test kits before but just not this make. I've been reading through the manual and for the ammonia test it says that this ammonia test is for tanks that have had saltwater added even though this is a freshwater test kit and was brand new and had never been opened!

Am I jut being dumb and the test can be used for both?

Is this the same for anybody else who has this kit and can I just use that ammonia test anyway?

If it is this one here, then its the same as the one I have, and have used successfully for freshwater for a year or so. Its for both.

I've re read the instructions again and it says that it can be used for both salt water and fresh water for ammonia tests.

I'll try this out today!
