There has been some talk by some that using the Icecap 660 and 430 you can overdrive the NO tubes to produce more light then VHO tubes. (there are articles on the Icecap site that say this)
Has anyone used an Icecap ballast??? Will using an electronic ballast actually give you more light versus using a tar ballast.
