nice pictures, but as an aquarium background not really suitable.
both are images that are seen from land and not what you'd find underwater.

You'd much rather have the wal-mart background that needs to be taped on because these don't look "natural"?

There are no wal-marts in the UK :p (thank god!)

Be interesting is they made some underwater scenes like that. Maybe with the "light" filtering down through the water type of scene........

Talking of natural - I saw some backing in a lfs - lovely underwater plant scene on one side, other side........ picture of a desert, with a road!!

Sorry to be the one Wolf, but there is a Asda/Wal-mart a few miles down the road from me! :/

we sell those at work, the desert scene is for people that keep reptiles. at least it is reptile keepers that buy it from us

I knew that Asda was owned by Wal-mart, but is your Asda actually branded Asda/Wal-mart? :S

I think they look crap. Even if they weren't in an aquarium. Hideous.

Mine isnt really an underwater scene. It is very dark and of tree roots and rocks. Very natural looking  Don't you thing the flashing lights would frighten the fish (bit like taking them to a rave!!! ).

Sorry to say but I would have to rip that down if I saw it on someones tank, it's disgusting - but that's my opinion and it would be boring if we all had the same views on life....... I guess!

its totaly fake and unrealistic. i think ill just stick with the backgrounds i use. i have one that has a sand bottom with a good sized piece of drift would covered in java moss and theres even some ghost shrimp on it too!

Yes Wolf, it's a hyper-market Asda in Havent Hampshire. It still is just an Asda really but called Asda/Wal-mart.

Wal-Mart now own Asda, but I dont think the UK laws and legislations would ever allow mass marketing and distribution of fish on such a scale? I hope not anyway!

These backgrounds are just another gimmick, IMO they have no place in the hobby. You don't need a fish tank to own one of these. Just stick it on a wall.
