Hi i am totally new to the forum and just moving from coldwater to tropical
I recently bought two really small bristlenose plecos for a big planted aquarium and they are still in my quarentine tank growing

However one doesn't look like a bristlenose to me!

Am i wrong? Any ideas?
I am worried it might grow into an enormous fish. It is sitting beside a sewellia because they are in quarantine tank too.
Thank you

That is reassuring thank you! It is just the other smaller one is spotty. New fish to me... should i expect lots of pattern change?

The middle photo is of the smaller i hope bristlenose pleco... still spotty

I put the sewellia pictures on because you said you liked photos on this forum.

This is my wee lockdown project... from the first lockdown... my quarantine tank. I got three sewellia lineolata delivered back in the spring... then added three smaller ones in the summer. When i did that they spawned and the fry are amazing... many don't make it but i have about 20 now maturing nicely at different ages.

Of course now i cant take down the tank.. too small to catch easily.?

Thats my excuse! Sits in the edge of my home work space and cheers me up!
