I just cleaned 50% again today this morning after his condition was realized.You might have contaminated the tank when you cleaned it. Do a big (75%) water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a couple of days and see if it helps.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

What "cleaning stuff" did you use? Unless there's something specific that requires some decon protocol, cleaning involves merely rinsing with running water.What do you think could contaminate it?
