I have a one gallon, two gallon, and 2.5. Which of these can I heat, if any, and how? thanks!

Well, I have heard you can put them on heating pads, and in a larger container of water that holds a heater. But it depends on what kind of tanks and what material they are.

I know that you can get little heaters for 2.5 gallons, ask bettaMomma, she'd know what brand.

i use ultratherm to heat my neonate snakes, they do them in small sizes 8watt and going up. can not see why they would not heat a small tank, but the tempreture control is another thing

Neptune makes a great 25 watt heater (the same that BM uses) you can get at Petsmart, and they have temp adjustments, not just Lo to Hi. I wouldn't see any problem with putting them in any or all of the tanks. Do remember though that they are NOT submersible, so that could be a problem. Just measure before you put them in the tanks.

I just got back from Walmart with a heater that is supposed to work up to 5 gallons (don't recall the brand). I'm going to put it in my 2 gallon with a thermometer once my son gets up from his nap. If it works well, I'll let you know and I'll let you know the brand.
