Anyone Having Problems With Fish That Are Fussy

Firstly I was given a trial of some new Anthias food that is due to be released soon. It is tiny little pellets that blow through the water like crumbled flake and the Anthias seem to love it, where as they ignore the New Era flake even the tiny bits. It is claimed to be specially formulated for them but also the bigger fish ignore it entirely its just too small.
Then today I tried the Ocean Nutrition Formula One flakes as the LFS didn't have the New Era, everybody loves them even the Anthias so all the little bits get hoovered up too, even saw the Hawkfish take some and he hasn't shown an interest in anything except frozen up to now, I think I saw the Butterfly take some too which amazed me.
Not saying one is better than the other but if you have some fussy fish might be worth a shot.

my bangii cardinal wont take flakes, he will take some mysis but goes mental over BS and trys to get it all
