Anyone Have The Aqua One Nano 30?

Anyone have the Aqua One Nano 30 and found the pump head noisy? Mine sort of chatters and no end of fiddling will stop it 

 
It's not air in the pump nor vibration against anything it's just the impeller juddering I think. Am going to take it back but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I would take it back myself. If the new one has the same issue, the thing I do with noisy pumps, is to add a nylon bashing or washers to the impeller shaft to make it a tighter fit. They keep the impeller from bouncing around.

Well I went back to the shop and explained and they gave me a replacement to try which I am happy to say is as quiet as a church mouse! 
 
Took back the noisy one today and gave them a verbal gold star!
 
Oh, the shop? Well believe it or not it was Pets @ Home.  Before this turns into a slagging them off thread I would just like to add that the fault was not their's, they gave me a replacement before getting the defective one back and then there was the price £70 down to £48 which isn't bad for a 22ltr Nano (glass) tank, built in filter, lights and heater!!!
