I dunno if this'll help......have you gone to Swallow Aquatics at Rayleigh? I know the Swallows near me have Blue Rams (East Harling, Norfolk). I don't really know the Colchester area as I'm from Rochford so I tend to know where to get stuff in Southend.

thanks i have got a swalows just down the rd from me where i've got all my fish from so far but last time i was there they didn have any rams in, they have had them in a while ago but they were young and im not v good at sexin them! as after male and female. might pop in tomo and see and if not might ask if they'll get some in from the 1 near you. thanks alot

Their usually pretty good at sexing fish.....have you check to see if they've got them online? Might be able to save you a wasted trip.
