Anybody know what this could be?

last night while looking into my aquarium i saw something that looked like a worm swimming at great speed when it finally stopped ot curled up into a coil shape and hid under my themometer for a while before hiding somewhere in my live rock.

Any ideas what it could be it was around 1 inch in lenth and very skinny and a clear pinky colour i think as my lights were off? so it may be nocturnal.

Im stumped

It might be bristle worm but ive never seen any of mine swim but i have seen them coil up, as your lights were out and you said it was pink is there a possibility it could of been orange if you can post a pic you could get a 100% answer
