Haha it's ok I suspected you might! Her cakes are much better than mine! Anyway you're too far away to make me cake. By the time it got to me you'd have eaten it! and Ludwig and LLJ have no chance, being that they're not even in the country! Heh.

It's a great idea though, and probably wouldn't be too technically difficult. Maybe I'll give it a bash one year, when I feel up to baking my own birthday cake! Lol.

I have taken to making mad cakes recently, not tried for anything 'pretty' as my tidyness and artistic skills are a fail... though you might think Picasso attacked my kitchen after i make a cake, flour patches and cocoa and butter smears and sugar and pans and cuboard doors hanging off.... lol.

My favourites so far was an amazing blueberry sponge cake with fresh blueberry sauc decorated with...blueberries LOL my dads birthday... he loves blueberries... (thank god eh!)

But the most epic has been the Chilli Chocolate Orange cake... oooh... orange sponge base, gooey chocolate sponge top layer with 2 fresh red chillies and a teaspoon of hot chilli powder in and a middle layer and coating of a Cointreau Chocolate icing.... with fudge nuggets on top LOL.

Next up is a Beetroot Chocolate cake the theory is all there...it 'ought' to taste nice!!!
