Any nano clip on light suggestions?

I want to get a 12x12x12 cube tank for my shrimp. I have fluval stratum for substrate and I want to grow medium light plants. Any suggestions? I was thinking of a clip on light like the aquaneat or nicrew. Looking in the $10-$15 price range.

I have a lamp similar to this: ref=sr_1_7

I then got a nice super bright LED bulb from Lowes. I have this type of lamp on two of my tanks. (My 10g and my 29g) They really do a good job.

(Note: I have no used this specific brand of lamp. Just similar models)
