First you are adding a lot of fish and performing this over 2 days could cause a mini-cycle. Also, your tank cycled rather fast, even for a fishless cycle and based off that alone I would still be concerned about a mini-cycle.
Besides, performing the normal routines of things like moving the old filter and some decorations over for a week or two doesn't hurt anything and could actually help your tank in the long run.
