those were pretty harsh words, but i have the feeling that this board has quite a few members that stay here for quite a while....i've learned more in a year here than i could ever imagine....and one thing i have learned that is important is treating everyone as a newbie (unless, of course, i know they aren't from experiences with them on the forum, lol) - that way i pass on as much information as possible even if the original poster doesn't accept it...fact is, i didn't accept a lot of things in the beginning, but the suggestions, etc i make now are a based on the things that i have decided are right from the many hundreds of posts i have read since i've been here..

in actuality, that is all i am doing - passing on information...i absolutely do not claim to know everything as truth...but i have good reason to believe that much of it is...

i know that each person knows their fish best, but sometimes our mind gets clouded from excitment and overcome with all kinds of emotions thus making it difficult to make a clear decision...that's why some of the best advice out there is not to rush into things...the fish will be there tomorrow...make the decision after you have thought about it for awhile...do you still want all those bettas in a week? (as an example). what happens if...? what do i do if i'm overrun with fry?

i admit, sometimes i can be abrupt...but even if it offends (i assure you, i never try to offend anyone or make them feel stupid - no one is truly an expert in fishkeeping - there is so much more to be learned) i hope that other people that read it may get something out of it...i do my best to approach topics bluntly and straightforward to see how people react...that shows a lot about their character..

thank you for sticking up for me wuv...i apprecaite it

Mm, tough love, the fastest way I learn  These girls (and guys!) give it to ya straight, the way I like it! :p

I have to agree with Abstract here. Mollies are going to outgrow the 10 gallon. They can get to 4-6" if given the chance and right amount of space. It's really not healthy for them to be in something that small. 20 gallon is really the minimum for them. They need room to swim too...they are active fish. And If they are only 2"...they must either be very young still, or they are stunted. How long have you had them? It seems like a long time, if they have cycled 3 tanks.

The only Livebearers I would recommend for a 10 would be Platies (Not the Variatus type), Guppies, or Endlers. Swordies and Mollies just get too big.

Also, Dojos should really be in a bigger tank too. They can get to 6 -12" depending on which kind you have.

Sorry Daudy...just my opinion. :)
