Are there any good, gentle algae eaters that will go with the fish in my TANK A (see sig.)

They cannot grow to long and must not be aggressive

Don't know, cannot remember - there's still a bit of room before i'm overstocked. However, it's more tall than long, that's why I could do with an algae eater of some sort that is fairly small...

I have a little Oto that keeps my tank spotless. He's very peaceful.

Otos are an excellent choice. They are quite small, and you will need to get several of them to make they happy, but they do an excellent job of cleaning up algae.
