Another Odd Acting Barb!

okay i will... they are acting fine now, i added some more barbs to my tank to help reduce stress and what not, three green tigers, they are all doing fine now and im happy =)

i will keep my eye on her though im going to watch while her while i feed them and make sure she eats.

Try the peas if he's still eating.
Only feed the freeze dried bloodworms once a week. Don't over feed them.
If you can issolate try a bacterial med.

Only feed meats as a treat now and then. Fish can't digest fat towell.

I know you mentioned this is resolved, but wanted to add my 2 cents. I agree with Wilder. My tigers act like it's the end of the world as if they've never eaten before when I feed them, so IMO it's easy to overfeed them. I did have one get constipated once and displayed the symptoms you were describing during the day. The nose facing downwards is normal when they are resting (I think I've said that before in a previous post too, can't remember), but during the day it's usually a sign of something being wrong.

yes you have mentioned that about resting haha good thread that one was, thats when i first joined here for help lol

yeah durring the day seemed to be a little out of the ordinary so i figured i would post it again cuz it was the same problem ,but different event that took place that i thought could have cause this behavior...

she is doing better now that there are other in the tank... i do have some more questions about tiger barbs that i could not find answers to online... maybe someone can help me??
