Hi I'm new to fish keeping.
In my tank I have
3 dwarf gourami
3 clown loach
7 black tetra
4 Angel's
2 brisslenose plecs

My two large Angel's have laid eggs and me being new to this I have no clue what to do. I am thinking just to let nature take its course as they seem to be doing a good job protecting them. What are the chances of them surviving?

Small I'm afraid. Often they will eat the eggs themselves or the young when they hatch. The other fish will be looking for a quick snack too.

My angels spawned in a community tank 2 weeks ago. I siphoned off a few eggs (8 or 9) and put them in a container that I floated in the tank. I added a little methyline blue to stop them fungusing. They hatched about a week ago and are now free swimming and eating microworms. There are 6 fry. Most of the other eggs got covered in fungus and all were gone within 3 days.

The parents spawned again yesterday and I think this time I'll siphon more off.

Just wanted to point out that unless your tank is 180+ gallons, you will have a severe crowding problem in your as your fish grow.
Especially the clown loaches, which usually top a foot long, and have been known to reach 16 inches in the wild.
