Angelfish Fin Rot?

Hi, i have had an angel fish for 4 days now. All was fine until this morning when i noticed his perfectly shaped tail fin was no more. It is starting to fray and has turned a white colour, gradually working its way up the tail. There is also a red line that runs up the white patch.

Do you think my angelfish has finrot i think so, what shall i treat him with i don't want to lose him.

I would say so. I had a problem with this a few months ago. I didnt want to use medication so I did some research. Do a 25% water change every 2 days and add some aquarium salt. I just did a few tablespoons at first, then just a little every water change. When it looks like their fins are growing back, keep doing it for a week or two. Worked for me

Also make sure your water is at a consistent temperature, thats what started my fin rot in the first place.
