Are those the fish from this post?

If so, lights on or off, the second one of the angels feels the eggs are threatened by the other fish, they will eat the eggs, or kill the other fish.
If you did get a larger tank, and have only the pair in there, they may parent raise the eggs, usually it takes them a few tries to get it right, some pairs never make it to that point.
Usually both of the parents take turns fanning & guarding the eggs, sometimes one or the other will take more of the responsibility of fanning the eggs, the other will patrol the perimeter, keeping other fish away. I have a pair of blacks in a 65 with 5 other angels, when they spawn they chase the other 5 into the far end of the tank until the eggs get pulled. If your pair spawned in the 10 with the neons & rasboras, you are going to have some serious aggression issues.
You should know within 3 days if the eggs are fertile. If they turn white, they are infertile. Sometimes female angels will spawn without a mate, if you didn't see the other fish fertilizing the eggs while the female spawned, this may be the case.
Raising a spawn of angels takes a minimum of 200 gallons of tank space. 300 angels need room to grow, and you need to find some place to sell or give away that many fish. In 12 to 16 weeks I go from hatching out a spawn in a 10 gallon to having the fish spread out between 6 20 gallons & a pair of 55s.
So unless you have someplace to sell them, lots of spare tank space, & time to do nightly maintainance, bbs hatchery, and phone calls, driving & legwork running around trying to sell hundreds of little fish, I would pretend the eggs never happened. I don't raise every spawn, nobody I know of does. I may raise 1 out of 10 spawns. You would need who knows how many gallons to raise every spawn. They will usually spawn again in 7-14 days, so you can pretty much be sure they will spawn in the future giving you a chance to get more gear set up if you want to try breeding angels.
