Angel fish symptom

I just set up my aquarium 2 weeks ago and I just bought 2 angel fish a couple days ago. One of them is looking weak and now has black spots near the back fins and one under its mouth. One of its bottom fins is twisted and it seems to be swimming a lil strangely. I dont know what to do, and if it is a disease how i can I treat it? THX

just a guess but could it be ammonia burns. have you tested your water for ammonia, nitrites recently. your tank will still be cycling so you should expect some spikes in ammonia and nitrites
