Angel Fish And ?

Just 1 angel fish. It's my friend's Moms and she isn't taking care of it.
It's in kinda a small tank but not too bad.
But the inside is all green and gross and he's a little beat up looking.

I have the regular 29 All glass aquarium.
And it's a planted tank.
So, I think it would enjoy my tank much better than it's now.
