Somewhere between 0 & 0.25 - either way, an extremely low reading and won't be any issues for your tank.

What I do is I put the bottle infront of the white portion of the card, and then use my other hand to close one eye. I find it more accurate to judge the color. I'm not too sure what to do about the colorblind part though...

 
It would be easier just to use your eyelid to close your eye lol
 
And I am also colourblind so just ask the wife to confirm the colours.

Looks to be between .25 and 5 ppm to me. You can buy a setup that reads the color for you but it would run about $500.
 
You need to be sure the test tube is completely against the white background to even get close to an accurate read. neither of your photos do this.

cheers guys, when I measured an established tank it was so similar to this reading too. Took a leaf out of your book livewire and just asked the girlfriend, she said it's pretty much zero reading, and almost identical to the tank that's been running for a year or so. Just got home from work to about 30 babies in there also so the conditions can't be too shabby
