I'm so confused by this thread.

OP, are there any fish in this tank? Or are you trying to cycle a new tank?
 
Looking back over the posts, there were fish in the tank but a lot of them have died. What we need to know is whether there are any fish left alive.

If there are, that ammonia level will kill them.
If this is now a fishless cycle, that ammonia level is so high the wrong bacteria will grow.


Can you please let us know:
The volume of the tank
What fish, if any are in the tank.
