Amazon Frogbit

I want some amazon frogbit or plants similar that will help absorb nitrates.

There's dwarf water lettuce which is kind of like frogbit but with a thicker root system.

There's also duckweed and something that started with an S I forgot the name. It was something like Salvinia or something.
