So im doing DIY co2 on my 5 gallon and im wondering as I already ordered a check valve and tubing what else do I need to control the flow and make the bubles come out and im using the yeast and sugar way so how would I start it?

Honestly - I wouldn't, maintaining stable CO2 levels with yeast based systems is impossible and will only lead to algae and poor plant growth.

You will need a diffuser of some kind, the pressure generated by DIY systems isn't sufficient to operate a ceramic atomiser, your other option is a bubble ladder.

Add luke warm sugar to water (no hotter than 35c) then add yeast, shake and off you go.

Oh I already know I need a diffuser ima goanna order one when I get the money.SO with the diffuser I should be fine?

For about 120 maybe little less you can get into a aquatek mini 24oz paintball set up. On a tank that small a 4.00 fill up should last a year give or take.
