Ok, so I heard back from the seller. Here is my original email:
Hi, I recieved my fish today, but they are not the fish that I bid on
in the auctions. I have browsed your closed auctions on aquabid and I
located one of the fish that you sent me. I am attaching pictures of
the bettas in question. Picture one and two are the fish I had won, 3
and 4 are the one's I recieved, and the last picture is of the betta
I recieved that I found in a closed auction. Please get back to me and
let me know how this situation can be resolved. Do you have the
bettas I won? Will they be able to be shipped to me?

Hello,apologized that I did not tell you about changing color for
my marble fish.Normally my marble fish will develope color it's up
to time and I think it's too long time about fish deliverly when I
sent my fish through transhipper about 2-3 weeks ago but you just
recieved my fish yesterday.I'm sure that my fish that you recieved
are the fish that you won and they change color from original
picture. I will find another fish that look like them from my stock
and let you know soon for replaced fish.But one more thing about
shipping cost you have to pay $47 for two .Apologized again for

Here's what I just sent back...I'm started to get a little ticked
I have many marble plakats, I know about changing colors. I can assure you that these are not the same fish. The branching on the tails and anal fins are completely different on both fish. I also found the auction for one of the fish you had sent me on aquabid in the closed auctions with no bids. Unless you decided to re-sell one of the fish that I won, there is no way that these fish are the same. I refuse to pay shipping for new fish, and to be honest I would like my money back for the one's that I paid you for. The two fish that I won in your auction have total cost me approximatly $150 with the cost of the fish, having them shipped over, and then shipped to me. This is absolutely outrageous to have to pay considering that I didn't recieve the two fish that I won or even comprable replacements.

that so weird.but i heard kellys marble turned black 
(j/K in case any one thinks I am serious) I have read horror stories on these over seas guys so I stay away from them.
