Am I Cycled?

I have been cycling my aquarium for about 7 weeks now, for the last week my readings have been:

Ammonia 0 ppm
Nitrite 0 ppm
Nitrate 5 days ago 10 ppm
Nitrate last 2 days 20ppm
Ph constantly at 8.1

add 5 ppm ammonia.

If you get 0 on Ammonia & Nitrite in 12 hours you are cycled.

(Do it for about a week to ensure it isn't just a fluke)
