All Pond Solutions Media In Tetratec Ex 1200

I'm wondering if anyone knows whether the white filter foam from the APS 2000 will fit in a tetratec ex 1200?

Or could someone let me know the dimensions of the APS foam?

I've heard they're similar filters so just need to know if the foam is the same size? They don't give dimensions on their website.
