All Glass vs. Perfecto

I'd like to buy a new all glass hood for my 29gl

Anyone have a preference between All Glass Versa Tops or Perfecto?

This one store has Perfectos but my tank is an All Glass.

Any opinions?

I can't remember which is which, but take a look at the back. I prefer the ones with a clear plastic cover in the back, which you can cut to different lengths for those extra large filters or extra tubes. There was another one I saw where it was all hard plastic cover, with pre cut openings for a specific filter size and also heater. I suspect it will fit their filter very well.

a friend of mine breeds fish......he recommended i get a perfecto.....says he liked it better than all-glass......well, i have gotten it and like it lots......its a 30 gallon.........ps...he has 50 tanks in his basement........

Actually, I prefer glass tops. It's easier to clean and allows more light in.
