Im Having an algae issue. Ive even empty the hole tank to clean it. I know im thats not good for the fish. The algaes coming back. I have a 10 Gallon. Ive used Algae Destroyer Advanced it dont work.

any idea what sort of algae?
can you provide some info on what the algae looks like and if possible post a picture of it?

didfferent algaes are caused by different factors, so it is hard to give one removal tip for one algae as it will just return

Do you also have live plants in your tank?
How many fish do you have in your tank?
It would help if you took a photo of the algae as there are many different kinds.

my lights are on all day i shut them off at night. I have like 10 fish. I think. I cant take any pics yet. my camera broke. I feed my fish like 3 to 4 times a day.

no live plants just 1 fake one

Photoperiod should be no longer than 8 hours. Fish only 6 hours to produce vitamin D, which they need.
Other than that, with no plants the excess food is becoming toxic and is being eaten by the algae.
How do you feed them, You should only feed them 1 or 2 times a day.
I use blood worms and I use about 1/3 block per day.
Basically, all the food should be gone with 3 minutes, anything leftover should be scooped out.
read the algae threads Here http://www.fishforums.net/index.php?showtopic=106371
