Algae keeps coming back

Hello,
I am newbie and have a 10 gallon tank for two months. I have cleaned the algae twice from the glass and plants. Algae keeps coming back. Do I need to use some special product to keep it away? I used washed kitchen roll to remove it.

Tank has been recycled. I assume so because I have not added any bacteria in last 1 month. It is closer to window. Though it does not get direct sunlight, it does get plenty of light. I can test water parameters if needed.

please test the water. just because the fish are alive does not mean that all is okay.
