right now I have a cold water tank but when the winter breaks i will be setting my 3 comets free outside in a nice pond in my backyard and will make my 55 gal tank a tropical community tank and getting a 10 gal for my black moor. I am wondering If there is a specific algea eater that will be ok in a cold tank and also ok when my tank is a warm tropical tank. I don't want something that will grow huge but something that will be ok with my large comets for now (comets are 3.5" - 7") I really need something to help keep my tank clean. Any help would be appreciated I am planing to buy something this weekend!!!!

P.S. this is Rayne, I am on my sister's computer!

Hillstream loach's are good for moderately cold tanks, but prefer not to be housed in full tropical conditions (Temperature between 68-72). they are very small, and will hardly grow over an inch. try doing a search on google for some pictures. :)
