Albino Cory

I think it might be blind, he bumps into things all the time and tends to stay against the glass. He eats fine, but I'm worried because he's not the the same size as my speckled cory (sorry I have no idea what kind of cory the other is) the albino is two or three months old not sure I bought him November. And length wise is about the size of my male guppy maybe a smidge bigger. Is it possible it's a dwarf?

assuming it is in the 10gallon tank per your profile...you bought it as a juvenile, and may never grow due to the tank size. probably is depressed also being alone (no other albinos in there)
