LOL! I just now realized that I didn't put that I was moving to CA in the original post. When I started this thread, I had a couple other ones going that *did* mention it, but somehow it didn't make it into this one. My apologies to anyone who was confused.

Thanks for all the advice and well-wishing! I'll try hard to remember to update this once I get there.

Cat made it on the plane just fine. Used a low dosage of tranquilizer with no problems or lingering grogginess.

Fish, however, did not make it through shipping so hot. All 3 L200 plecos and 2 of the Red Head Tapajos died. At least one of my female badis also did not make it. I don't want to talk about it except to say that I am filing a big f-ing claim against my UPS insurance.
