Air Pumps

So i am thinking about getting an air pump for that added 'bubble glamour' and wqas wondering what people recommend. The only requirement is that it is as quiet as possible... I probs won't get one unless it is near silent. Is there anything out there? what do you guys have?

Get one from the Tetra APS range. They are cheap & very very quiet.

I'm going to purchase a Rena. Most people who've used em say they are by far the quietest

For a quiet air pump, I like my Rena air pumps.

How well do the diaphrams in the rena air pumps hold up. I been using tetra whisper, 2 in the last year.

I have heard the Rena ones are the quietest, I have a Tetratec APS, very buzzy

I have no idea how well my Rena pumps hold up, the oldest one I have is only about 5 years so far. I will let you know if it ever gives me any trouble.
