Air Pump

hiya everyone.i have a four foot tank,it has a 18 inch bubble wall & a air operated bell running off a 2 way pump,make resun ac 9903,but to me it seems very noisy,ive tried turning it down,moving it to top of tank,side of tank,standing on a sponge,im at my wits end now,do i just get another pump?if so,can anyone recommend a quieter one?not too dear tho,as the pennies are a bit tight,lol,thanks in advance.

My tetratec pump's fairly quiet. I also have a bubble wall (mainly while it be cycling!), and it makes more noise than the pump itself!
