Air Pump Problem!

My air pump gave up on me the other day

Any ideas what could be the problem.....its stopped pumping air altogether!

When my air pump packed up I opened it up and found that the rubber bit inside had completely disintegrated. Although I dont think all of them work in the same way...

thats a thought...

i had a spare rubber bit with my pump....think ill try taking it apart and having a look

Yeah open it up you will most likely find the diaphram has worn out and the rubber will be cracked or holed.
