Those are Cambarellus shufeldtii.

I still remember the first time I caught them bonking. I thought the one on top was eating/killing the bottom one, so I kept trying to pry it off with an algae scraper. Little guy absolutely refused to get off. Or perhaps he did "get off", if you know what I mean. ...I am so inappropriate.
