Ain't he a beaut?

Heh...I'm just barely going to be able to afford the tank for him on top of his cost, much less another tank for the female. Eventually, I want a 20 or 30 gal tank with a bunch of females, but that's going to be a ways down the road. I'll probably save up and get them all at once, though, so the shipping will be cheaper. :)

Get the female and then you can breed to get a bunch of babies for your future 20 to 30 gallon tanks. LOL  Female should be cheaper. Basically you just add 25 bucks to get the female.:)

nice mustard gas crown....western union have charges that work out more than paypal but some thai breeders give you a free fish if you use w/u check with yours and get the female for free..........

Heh...sounds great, but that still leaves the problem of having a tank for her. I guess I could get a bowl, but room temperature at our house is really too low for a betta tank without a heater, even if it is temporary. I'll see. I do have one community tank that doesn't have a betta in it, but it's kinda overstocked as it is...

cant you turn the A/C off ..............i noticed you have it to cool the house.....

Yeah...umm...talk to my mother about that. She's the one that insists that we keep it like a refridgerator in here, and makes ME pay the electricity bill. Actually, in the middle of the summer, it would probably be just fine, but the temp has been fluctuating a lot from night to day recently, so I certainly wouldn't want it to be permanent. I think I'm just going to stick with the guy. Someday, I think I'd like to breed mustards, though. They're beautiful.
