I am getting a 1 1/2 gallon tank today and i read that its a good size to house 3 african dwarf frogs. is this correct? and any special advice on care and habitat? im reading about them but ive never had them before.

no its too small.
ADF's still need room to move and i think 1 and half gallon isnt enough,
i wouldnt put 1 in there.
the frogs tanks also needs to be filtered and heated as the frogs are quite weak when it comes to water quality and need warm waters, its hard to achive in a tank so small.
3 gallons i would have for 3 frogs. but a 5gallon would be much better.in a 5g, 5-6 frogs could be added

I agree...the minimum for 2 id say would be a heated and filtered 2 1/2 gal
