I purchased an African Dwarf Frog a couple days ago. I've fed it bloodworms yesterday and the day before that. It's in a 14 gallon tank with four platies, a guppy, and about a hundred cherry shrimp. Today, it's developed a bright red chin. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks!

What kind of substrate do you have? It could be rubbing its chin on the gravel. Look up African dwarf frog diseases on Google, and see if there's anything on there that matches.

Gravel or a sharp ornament could definitely be the problem. These guys rocket down from the surface and are nearly blind so everything in their tank has to be able to support a crash landing. Silk/live plants and sand substrate are recommended.

What are your water stats? ADF are also extremely sensitive to ammonia burns. Do you know your readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate?
