its a gift anyway so no loss if it goes wrong
thats a worrying answer imo...surely you should have a backup plan should things start to go wrong rather than "no loss as it was a gift"
I thought that too..
it's not "just a gift", it's an animal.

to me that says "meh if it dies dont matter as it was free. The point that obviously passed straight through your ears was that it seemed you didnt give a damn if it dies or not. If it was just your poor phrasing of what you said fine. But if not then im well within my own opinion to put what i did.T1KARMANN said:its a gift anyway so no loss if it goes wrong
The fact that it was a gift does make a difference because when a fish cost multiple hundreds or even thousand of £/$ then losing that much money does play a big part and so influences what risks you take. A 50p guppy has more sentimental value than anything else, but with very expensive fish it could go the other way.
yet another arowana argument, this brings back memories!!
what other good deeds are you going to do today help and old lady accross the road

Are you really that ignorant that you cant see what you posted was essentially wrong? It has nothing to do with how many have died, how many you keep, what you keep, how much you paid for anything. It was your poor use of the English language that made more than one person mis interpret what you had said.
yet again you look for one thing i say to jump on me im begining to think you fancy me or something
you know my english is bad lets face it the WHOLE world knows my english is bad maybe i was taking care of fish when you were at school
you need to forget about me and get on with your own life mate
