Advice Wanted New To Nano,s

hi iam new to nano ,s some advice on set ups what exactly is needed etc
iam looing to by a cyberaquatics 24g setup what extra will i need
how much live rock,how long does it take from setup untill live rock clean up crews fish etc can be added
and is it possible for me as a novice to acheive a successful setup
any advice welcome and also if using live rock is the built in filtration in this system any good and is it worth buying a system with a sump

Hi, this is like a advertisment, i am getting the same tank now. Im going with the £139 one. Its practically the same as the nano cube but cheaper. It has the stand. I would add a small powerhead for extra water movement. The sump would be very benificial to you if you want one. Im not getting one. I could use a small tank and cut the cost in half.
