Advice On Steps For Setting Up My Marine Tank?

As you may recall I;, setting up a 15g marine tank

I;ve sold last of fish from tank tonight so I;m draining water and giving the sides a good clean, I;ll finish off the cleaning tomorow and I;ll do outside as well. I have the tile paint so will do that at weekend when the tank is nice and dry

Once that is done my plan is ( tell me if I;m wrong please lol) to get the aragonite sand then get ready mixed water from my LFS with the powerhead in the tank then to add 7kg is of live rock

Am I on the right lines here please?

do you mean let it settle for a good while and keep testing to make sure there are no crashes?
