Glad to know that brand is fine for them. I do feed it as their main food, I read up on here before I got the frogs. They have found out that I put the pellets in the same place every time. I soak the pellets in a bit of tank water first so they stay on the bottom where I put them.
The betta doesn't like the frog pellets - either that or he can't see them against the sand - so it's safe to leave them till the frogs get to them. The frozen live food is a different matter, the betta would hunt that down wherever it was, so I have to make sure the frogs get a bit. I only feed that once or maybe twice a week, and I rotate which one I give. I have four types in the freezer.

I can get a variety of frozen foods, mainly because I need them to feed my axolotl(who has now been confirmed as a golden albino, will upload pictures when I can)
Where do you get them frog pelets? Down in Attercliffe there is a shop called Sheffield exotics. They deal in Reptiles, tortoises and turtles and other things. They actually at the minute have some fire bellied newts in. I'm wondering whether it would be good to see if they stock them?

Cheers,
Alessa!

I got mine from ebay as I couldn't find any frog food in the shops. But a specialist shop like that may be your best bet.

Thanks. I thought maybe they would have some in with them dealing with exotic pet's and other aquatic pet's that aren't kept as often as most. They have had some ADF in before but no-one bought them so the owner actually bought a 3ft tank from the shop next door(Deep blue sea or something like that, my LFS) and kept all the ADF'S in it! Obviously he cycled it because he knows what damage it can do to the fish/frogs/whatever your keeping. The owner himself has a caiman in the shop in a giant tank! He also has a 7ft tank at home plus a 6ft. I'll upload some photo's of Alex and a small video of him feeding at the weekend.

Cheers,
Kayako!

I've just thought, I could cycle the tank with some of my smaller guppies... My neighbour brought loads round and some of them will still be small by the time I actually get the tank set-up.

Cheers,
Alessa!

Can't wait to see your frogs!! I loveee froggy pictures. I am hoping to find a way to move around some of my tanks to allow me an ADF tank again. Right now I only have ACF and I am starting to miss the little guys too!

Jenste... I won't be getting them till after Christmas so you will have to wait a while, Sorry.
