Additional Lighting For Juwel 180

Has anyone any experience of upgrading the lighting on a juwel 180 tank with the AL series from Aquaone? It appears the 2x30 watts supplied could be increased to 120 watts as there would be room for 2 double fittings but then the lids would not fit...

I replaced the rubbish tubes for 2 arcadia bulbs and I bought 2 T5s @ 55w each. at the mo they are atached with cable ties after i placed one on top on the lid while fiddling around with new plants and melted it.

When i get around to it im going to make anice new wooden hood with all lights fitted...manyana...must find a new philosophy.

Juwel do their own multi lighting things called 'Multilux'. Also Arcadia do some interesting light things 'I Bar'.

I'm having lighting upgrading probs too.
