Adding More Females Into An Existing Sorority?

Hi all,
I have an existing sorority of 5 girls, but was thinking about adding 1 or 2 new girls into the mix. My question: My current girls are HUGE, and the bettas I've found in the pet shops are tiny. REALLY tiny. I had to walk away from them because I was scared to put them into the tank. Is it likely they'd be bullied? I haven't had problems with bullying with this lot, but I wouldn't rule it out. Thanks in advance.

Put them in a bag inside the tank for a while and then put them in, or during the night, or while they are eating(last method never seems to work with me)

what size is the tank? From my experience your best to add in groups of 3 or more to spread the aggression to the new comers, I personally don't add less than 5 at a time

Ah, my tank is 26g/98l. I don't know how reliable those stocking calculators are, but my stocking level is estimated to be 63%. According to that, I could easily add 5 girls. It never occurred to me to add that many!
