Ok everyone. I did end up finding some ammonia and added some to my tank. I've had a reading of 7.0ppm for my ammonia and zero for both Nitrite and nitrate for four days. Is this normal or did I add to much ammonia? I'm hoping it'll just take a few more days to see results.

Go to this link and read the article by Chris Cow. This is the guy that first started to do fishless cycling. It is straight forward and to the point. I followed his directions to the T and was done in 14 days.

I used bacteria additives as I had no media from an existing tank available to me but that is entirely your preference.
