Just added a black backing sheet to my 12G.

Have you changed the lighting at all? It seems much redder in colouration when compared to the blue first photo.

Navarre: yes, first pic is with one Arcadia Original Tropical and one freshwater tube. Second pic original Tropical replaced with Dennerle Special Plant (3000K)

Awsome, the lighting is much warmer and much better looking, imo.
Great looking tank m8, love the riccia.
Doh think im going to have a long drive to find some Dannerle tubes round here .

Looks great in both, but I prefer the second one. Your tanks looks so much bigger than 12 G - you should call it the tardis.

Thanks everyone. the denerlle Special plant tube is well worth the purchase, i'd recomend it to everyone with plants (although you need a 6000-7500k tube as well to brighten the tank)
